Chenpi White Tea

Chenpi White Tea Pressed Tea is a compressed cake blending aged 2018 Shou Mei white tea (mature leaves with honey-wood notes) and Xinhui Chenpi (sun-dried tangerine peel). The leaves and citrus peel are steamed, then pressed into bricks. When brewed, it yields a smooth, golden liquor with layered flavors: sweet dried fruit and hay from the white tea, balanced by chenpi’s bright citrus, earthy depth, and subtle medicinal warmth. Ideal for aging, the tea mellows over time, gaining complexity.
