2018 Old White Tea Pressed Tea is a 7-year-aged cake of Shou Mei white tea, compressed for optimal aging. Harvested in 2018, its leaves have matured into deep bronze and brown hues, developing rich flavors of dried honey, baked apricot, sandalwood, and camphor. The compression slows oxidation, concentrating its smooth, velvety texture and medicinal sweetness. Brews reveal autumnal depth with hints of dried dates and cocoa, minimal astringency, and a lasting "tea drunk" warmth. Ideal for gongfu or grandpa-style brewing, it offers 10+ steeps.
